Survey for housing/hotel or other accommodation evictions
This survey is to understand the impact of Covid-19 and lockdown measures on migrants subject to no recourse to public funds (NRPF) conditions in the UK. The survey is to be completed by organisations and caseworkers that represent these migrants in London, in order to learn about housing evictions experienced during/post the Covid-19 lockdown.

For the purposes of this survey, NRPF will include anyone subject to NRPF conditions (including Limited Leave to Remain with NRPF, as well as EEA nationals without a qualifying right to reside).

The information collected in this survey will be used by the Migrants’ Rights Network to describe the situation that migrants are experiencing for campaigning and lobbying purposes in London.

The deadline for responses is 14 August 2020.

The data collected through this survey will be held securely and confidentially in line with the Data Protection Act (1998). We will only be collecting email addresses, so that we can share the results of the survey, and follow up where you have given consent. We will never share or sell your contact details with third parties, unless your express permission is obtained first.

We may share collated anonymised data (i.e. where all personally identifying information has been removed) with trusted parties.

We will securely store this data until the end of this year (31 March 2021) when the research has been completed.

By filling out this form, you agree that we will process your data in line in line with our privacy policy: https://migrantsrights.org.uk/privacy-policy/
