Advisory Panel Outlines Four-Phase Plan for Distributing COVID-19 Vaccines:

Front-line health care workers, first responders, people with underlying medical conditions and older adults in overcrowded living conditions would be among the first to receive prospective coronavirus vaccinations under a four-phase plan released by a U.S. advisory panel Tuesday.
The 115-page discussion draft from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine envisions initial vaccine supplies only reaching 3 to 5 percent of the U.S. population, or between 10 million to 15 million courses. Public comments are being accepted on this
