About 4 years ago I bought a Filippo loreti exclusive limited edition watch. Who are based in the USA. But the watches are made in china. It came With a 10 year Guarantee, so i thought great. Peace of mind. How wrong was I. Since I bought the watch I have had to send it back twice to China for the same reason, Gaining time. The first time I sent it back was around the end of last summer, after about month I got the watch back. about 8 days later I noticed it was still gaining time. So earlier this year I returned it back for the same reason. Again when I received it back I it was still gaining time. Plus when I had taken the storage box out of the carboard box, it was broken at the hinge, it fell apart as I opened it. Someone had tride to sellotape it back together hoping I would not notice. So I sent customer service an email and photos of the broken storage box. Saying my watch was still gaining time and the storage box is damaged and that someone had used sellotape to try and disguise the broken pieces, week later No reply, sent another email, again no reply. Sent a third email. No reply. So I came to the conclusion that my watch was never repaired in the first place and that all Filippo loreti want is your money. all the fancy advertising, promise of fancy10 year Guarantee is just a front. Typical online business. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY & DON'T FALL FOR THE FANCY TWO FOR ONE OFFERS AS YOU CAN GET BETTER WATCHES ELSEWHERE. WITH A MORE RELIABLE SERVICE ?

Very average watches. Had to pay £100 import fees which was not mentioned at all anywhere on the web or on checkout. Sent an email to customer service and they just said basically ah sorry there's nothing we can do. Obviously knew about it, just knew they could get away with it.
Fake you into thinking you're getting a deal. Paid over £300 for 2 average watches. Bracelet is cheap and tacky.

Do not buy them in any circumstances!! Arrives directly from China, we had to pay huge custom costs (100+ € ) and FedEx cost as an extra. There was not even a word about it on the website, we payed almost 50 days ago. Chinese scam, nothing more, no option to send them back. We regretted , honestly.

You replaced a band for me because the other had a problem and the clasp would not stay secure. I almost lost it but luckily it fell into the auto and not out! Every one that I spoke to was very gracious and accommodating. And the response was swift. Thank you very much and I love the time piece. Martin Staffa.

shipping communications were amazing. shipping time was incredible. the service was flawless HOWEVER..... I am a watch snob and the feel and size of the watches were just not as expected. They feel light and that makes an otherwise cosmetically enhanced watch feel cheap. When you feel like something is cheap you lose appreciation for it fast. My suggestion would be to add the luxury weight to the watch and increase the dial Millimeter size.

The watches are nice and damage free received! The only downside is a communicative one. On the website is mentioned that import duties are not for eu customers because it will be send from within the eu, but it's send from hongkong which could mean you need to pay importduties, etc.

Watches took a month to be delivered . After 2 weeks of waiting I wanted to cancel my order, they told me it was too late and watch was being produced. I let customer service know that I would return them as soon as I received my items. I put in a return request 4 times and I haven’t heard anything from the company. They are purposely ignoring me until the 30 day return window closes. I’m still waiting.

Watches are great and good value, but a little frustrating that they come without a manual/guide. Easily solved, by identifying the movement from the website and downloading an appropriate manual

Let me start by stating the most vital info you need. This company is a SCAM, it is dishonest and liea about almost every aspect of the product. The watches are made in china and i had to pay a 40% customs clearance fee on the cost of the watches. But the watches, oh the watches, it is hard to put into words how bad they are and of what low quality. I have 30 euro worth watches from ali express that look and feel better and this is not an exaggeration. This company is designed around fooling you into buying a product theh know is terrible and then hoping youll give up on claiming your money back. You jve been warned

Communication with the company is really poor, bear in mind these are cheap watches made in China, not HK. The watch feels ok, but the second hand doesn't work on either watch I received. Also, I was charged additional fees for shipping which was never disclosed. I don't feel this was a good purchase and wouldn't recommend to people either.

Within a few minutes I was staggered by the variety of time pieces they have on offer. One thing I particularly noticed was the attention to detail from the products on offer to the way the website was constructed, its layout and its ease of use.
