WAST OF TIME. DON'T CARE
About 4 years ago I bought a Filippo loreti exclusive limited edition watch. Who are based in the USA. But the watches are made in china. It came With a 10 year Guarantee, so i thought great. Peace of mind. How wrong was I. Since I bought the watch I have had to send it back twice to China for the same reason, Gaining time. The first time I sent it back was around the end of last summer, after about month I got the watch back. about 8 days later I noticed it was still gaining time. So earlier this year I returned it back for the same reason. Again when I received it back I it was still gaining time. Plus when I had taken the storage box out of the carboard box, it was broken at the hinge, it fell apart as I opened it. Someone had tride to sellotape it back together hoping I would not notice. So I sent customer service an email and photos of the broken storage box. Saying my watch was still gaining time and the storage box is damaged and that someone had used sellotape to try and disguise the broken pieces, week later No reply, sent another email, again no reply. Sent a third email. No reply. So I came to the conclusion that my watch was never repaired in the first place and that all Filippo loreti want is your money. all the fancy advertising, promise of fancy10 year Guarantee is just a front. Typical online business. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY & DON'T FALL FOR THE FANCY TWO FOR ONE OFFERS AS YOU CAN GET BETTER WATCHES ELSEWHERE. WITH A MORE RELIABLE SERVICE ?
