This program qualifies for Accreditation to practice before the VA.

This program will provide guidance for anyone that wishes to represent veterans at the Administrative Level of the VA. It will be a comprehensive review of the practice.

Meets all the requirements of VA Benefits Accreditation necessary to help Veterans –
1. Who is Eligible for VA Compensation Benefits.

2. How to Determine if Injury or Condition is Service Connected.
3. Pension: How Poor Does the Veteran Have to be Eligible?
4. Representing the Veteran from Initial Claim through the Appeals Process – Post Appeal Modernization.

5. Presumptive Claims and Update to the New Presumptions:
For the first time ever, the VA has agreed to presume that certain disabilities are linked with exposure to toxic fumes from burn pits. 

 

Asthma, rhinitis, and sinusitis are now presumed to be caused by this toxic exposure for Veterans who: 

 

** Served in the Southwest Asia theater of operations — Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the neutral zone between Iraq and Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, the Gulf of Aden, the Gulf of Oman, the Persian Gulf, the Arabian Sea, the Red Sea and the airspace above these locations — on or after August 2, 1990, or

** Served in Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Syria, or Djibouti on or after September 19, 2001.
