I can have conversations with individuals where I'm laughing and smiling and in the next breath, I could be aggravated. A phone call, a text, or email can change your mood. I must admit I would switch up on people but with good reason. Growing up alone, I stay having more thoughts in my head than the average. I could experience a situation, fix the problem in my head then react differently very quickly.
There's a lot going on in this world to dwell on certain things too long. If I'm having a conversation with someone and they make me upset, I take a moment to process as many should. The next time they speak to me they may think I'll still be upset then surprisingly realize that I was completely fine.
Many situations don't deserve too much energy and that's a problem for a lot of people. Now, there are times where you want to be petty because people are pissing you off and I've had moments like that but then turn into an adult and dead the situation.
Sometimes my actions may freak people out which is quite comical to me. I'm just realistic to reality. We spend so much time dwelling on nonsense and I refuse to do that. Have your moment, learn your lesson and move on. Easier said than done as usual but still has to be said. Life turns, time is precious, use it wisely.
