The Giants announced they have designated DB Madre Harper to return from injured reserve and placed WR David Sills on the COVID-19 list.
Roster Updates:
WR David Sills, who has been on injured reserve all season with a foot injury, has been placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
DB Madre Harper has been designated for return and returned to practice.

Sills was already on injured reserve with a foot injury he sustained early in the season.
Harper, 23, signed with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent out of Southern Illinois this past May. Las Vegas waived him coming out of camp but re-signed him to the practice squad.
The Giants later signed Harper to their active roster.
In 2020, Harper has appeared in nine games for the Giants and recorded five tackles and a fumble recovery.
