So far the app has been great. I havent had it a full 24hrs yet and already have 2 affiliates. Also last but definitely not least in my book. They actually have customer support. Which is huge these days as it seems more often Im running into support emails that dont exist, and customer support members that needed the help more than I did. I got a response from the team within minutes. You cant beat that.
The app is easy to use, has a lot of features, and I was impressed by Mina's customer support. She was able to login and fix a bunch of issues on my end. Good app to start an ambassador program and has everything you need on the free end, although it is a little more work to setup without paying for all the features.
I've had an excellent experience with UpPromote so far. The platform is easy to use, offers a wide range of powerful affiliate marketing features, and has made setting up my affiliate program much simpler than I expected. What impressed me the most was the customer support. Mina was absolutely amazing. She was responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question I had, and made sure I understood everything along the way. Her level of support was truly exceptional, and I sincerely appreciate all of her help.
