The Junior Managers Program prepares outstandingly talented people in a practically oriented way to assume a leadership role in our organization. It is based on an individual program design, diverse further training opportunities, and an established mentoring system with experienced top managers.

Regardless of whether you have just completed your studies or have already had some professional experience, the Junior Managers Program is here to support you on your way to becoming a leader.

What area suits me best?

Your JMP experience in Romania will take place in either Bosch Cluj Plant, Bosch Blaj Plant or Timișoara Bosch Service Solutions, where we develop innovations for the following business sectors: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Business Services and Shared Services.

As a trainee, your activity will develop through stations in different departments from the commercial area or technical area, one of these stations being international. A unique feature of you JMP consists in a station organized outside your area of expertise in order for you to better understand the location and the industry it's working for.

The JMP is personalized depending on your educational and professional profile.

This year we have the following open positions:

JMP for the commercial area at Bosch Cluj Plant;
JMP for the technical area at Bosch Cluj Plant;
JMP for the commercial area at Bosch Blaj Plant;
JMP for the technical area at Bosch Blaj Plant;
JMP for the financial area at Bosch Global Business Services Timișoara.

The map shows a model of stations for the commercial area, where you will have the opportunity to carry out your activity in various departments.

The duration and area of each station will be personalized, depending on your educational and professional profile and in close connection to your main area of interest and competencies. Apply now for the Commercial Area position in Bosch Cluj Plant.

What distinguishes you?

• Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Business Informatics, Economics, Business Affairs or similar;

• International experience (for example Erasmus, internships in own area of activity, faculty abroad);

• A first professional experience (no more than 4 years of work experience) in the financial/logistics field;

• Local project experience in a technical industrial area such as logistics, supply chain management, manufacturing, development, quality or similar;

• Fields of study: economy, international business, management, human resources, logistics, marketing, finance or similar;

• Business English - advanced communication skills;

• Entrepreneurial thinking and leadership potential;

• Experience in automotive manufacturing represents a great advantage;

• Self-initiative, independent way of work, analytical skills, intercultural competence, flexibility and networking-oriented.

The map shows a model of stations for the technical area, where you will get the change to work in production and production engineering departments, within diverse teams.

The duration and area of each station will be personalized, depending on your educational and professional profiles and in close connection to you main area of interest and competences.

What distinguishes you?

• Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Engineering, Telecommunication, Mathematics or similar;

• International experience (for example Erasmus, internships in own area of activity, faculty abroad);

• A first professional experience (no more than 4 years of work experience) in the engineering field;

• Local project experience in a technical industrial area such as logistics, supply chain management, manufacturing, development, quality or similar;

• Fields of study: engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing technology, process engineering, industrial engineering), physics or similar;

• Business English - advanced communication skills;

• Entrepreneurial thinking and leadership potential;

• Experience in automotive manufacturing represents a great advantage;

• Self-initiative, independent way of work, analytical skills, intercultural competence, flexibility and networking-oriented.

• International experience (for example Erasmus, internships in own area of activity, faculty abroad);

• A first professional experience (no more than 4 years of work experience) in the financial, consulting, or economical environment;

• Local project experience in the financial area;

• Business English - advanced communication skills;

• Entrepreneurial thinking and leadership potential;

• Experience in supplier payments and bank portals such as SME in payments represents a great advantage;

How was the beginning?

"With little knowledge about the automotive industry and electronics, but with a huge amount of ambition and self-motivation, I’ve started the JMP program at Bosch Cluj Plant. In time, it turned out to be one of the best decision I’ve ever taken."

What did it take?

"For two years I was switching from one technical department to another, I learned how to adapt myself, and how to handle my daily tasks and challenges. It became the most fulfilling thing I have ever done. I was even more pleased after I met new people with interesting personalities, with whom I had the chance to collaborate in inspiring working conditions. During these 2 years and 6 months I was delegated to Japan, where I gained experience in customer quality management, sales and marketing. It made me realize that this is the career path I want to follow."
