Oly Wood

Although it's taken me over a week to make him my Olympic Morning Wood, Russian gymnast Artur Dalaloyan was the first athlete I saw in Tokyo who really caught my eye, and is the inspiration for the Oly Wood series. More to love BELOW.

The 5-foot-4, 25-year-old father of two (and stepfather of one) was part of the ROC gymnastics team that won gold at the 2020 Olympic Games.

Doctors said he would take a year to recover from an Achilles tendon tear in April. He won team gold in Tokyo.

100% agree. I have an amazing photo of him from this past Saturday for my weekly Saturday morning coffee post. Can you believe he is a Dad of two?
