ASUS Radeon RX 6800 XT ROG STRIX LC
This is the first ROG STRIX Liquid Cooled model from ASUS. This variant of Radeon RX 6800 XT features a hybrid cooling with all-in-one solution attached to 240mm radiator. The graphics card itself is actually quite big, a lot larger than typical blower type-cooler. It is, however, kept in 2-slot design.
Some of the renders feature all the cabling necessary to provide power and RGB signal to the fans, and to put it midly, it does not look that great. Not to mention the card still requires two 8-pin power cables. Thus, in total, you will have to deal with 6 cables and 2 tubes. No photos of the backplate were available yet, but we can see that his model will feature USB Type-C display connector.
ASUS Radeon RX 6800 XT ROG STRIX
No, this is not the AREZ STRIX, this is the full fledged ROG STRIX model from ASUS. The design is pretty much identical design-wise to GeForce RTX 30 series with only small changes to the logos, power connectors, and backplate. Do note that this model does not feature the USB Type-C connector, which appears to be exclusive to the ROG STRIX LC. That said, both cards are likely to use a different (but probably similar) PCB design as well.
GIGABYTE Radeon RX 6800 XT GAMING OC
Gigabyte is set to launch it’s 3-slot GAMING OC based on Radeon RX 6800XT and RX 6800 SKUs from AMD. Compared to the ROG STRIX LC from ASUS, this card does not have the USB-Type C connector. The GAMING OC model fatures dual 8-pin power cable connectors. A backplate covers the full length of the card. In fact, the PCB is almost just as long as the cooler itself, which is not the case for many custom RX 6800 desings that we have seen so far.
