Developed in 2016 by the AOBA's Emergency Preparedness Committee, the Knowledge and Excellence in Emergency Preparedness -- K.E.E.P. Awards program is designed to encourage AOBA-member commercial property management teams to have effective emergency preparedness plans in place and to recognize excellence in this critical arena.
Showcase your team’s initiatives and abilities to ensure your building kept running while responding to the new implementations, ever changing guidelines, and the unprecedented civil unrest our region experienced.
K.E.E.P. nominations open in the second quarter, and judging occurs in the fall by a panel of industry veterans. All K.E.E.P. nominees will be honored at the Commercial Awards Celebration in February 2025.
