5	Treasury Committee	Index Coop Illustrations for Blogs	Index Coop produces lots of informational content on a regaluar basis. Submit illustrations & graphics that can be used as banner images for community blog posts/informational content. Your illustration should fit alongside these banner images here: https://www.indexcoop.com/news The top 10 contributors will be awarded 10 INDEX each.	* Submit illustrations and graphics to dylan@setprotocol.com * Images should be in jpg or png format * Images should be high enough resolution to appear clear as a medium article center image * Images should be around a 2:1 aspect ratio * Last submission by Nov 29th 7pm PST * Winners will be announced on Nov 30th	10 INDEX for each top contributor		Contribution is based on quality over quantity (although some quantity helps too). The goal is to have a bunch of these high quality images ready to go when a community member wants to publish their work to amplify a message of quality and thoughtfulness.

8	Regan Bozman	Research on Treasury DAO's	We believe that there is a market for selling $DPI into treasury DAO's - most of these entities are long DeFi but over exposed to their native token. 10	Regan Bozman	Research on Advisory Board	Lots of index funds have adivsory boards (sometimes called investment boards) that help them with their strategies (example - https://www.bitwiseinvestments.com/resources/press-releases/bitwise-launches-three-new-indexes-announces-new-index-advisory-board). Meanwhile, a lot of crypto projects have leaned on their advisors to bring them credibility. Having advisors from brand-name funds gives you credibility. Some DAO's also have specific committes (see https://blog.synthetix.io/synthetix-grantsdao/) I want to explore the idea of creating an advisory board for Index Coop, which will help advise the community and bring additional credibility to our project.	*Draft proposal on setting up an adivosry board -->Overview of what other DAO's are doing in terms of setting up specific boards/committees -->Suggestions on potential members (would be great to have a combination of wall street and crypto native backgrounds)	20 INDEX
