Lentil Burger

Simple and delicious, a healthy option for enjoying a burger

Ingredients

  • 2 red onion
  • 6 mushrooms
  • 3 garlic
  • 3 greens
  • 2 cans of lentils
  • 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ground chili
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • paprika
  • cumin
  • 1 package of sliced danbo cheese
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 limes
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 onion
  • 2 jalapeño peppers
  • cream cheese
  • hamburger bun
  • sweet potato (for fried side dish)

Steps

  1. Sauté in a little olive oil: red onion, mushrooms, garlic and greens, seasoning with salt and pepper until tender. Let it cool down.
  2. Process the cooked lentils and in a bowl add 3/4 of the sautéed vegetables and season with ground garlic, cumin, paprika and parsley.
