Lentil Burger
Simple and delicious, a healthy option for enjoying a burger

Ingredients
- 2 red onion
- 6 mushrooms
- 3 garlic
- 3 greens
- 2 cans of lentils
- 4 tablespoons of bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- ground chili
- 1 bunch of parsley
- paprika
- cumin
- 1 package of sliced danbo cheese
- 2 avocados
- 3 limes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 onion
- 2 jalapeño peppers
- cream cheese
- hamburger bun
- sweet potato (for fried side dish)
Steps
- Sauté in a little olive oil: red onion, mushrooms, garlic and greens, seasoning with salt and pepper until tender. Let it cool down.
- Process the cooked lentils and in a bowl add 3/4 of the sautéed vegetables and season with ground garlic, cumin, paprika and parsley.
