Notice Regarding the Scheduling of In-Person and Remote Appeals (November 16, 2020)

Please be advised that effective November 16, 2020, the Court of Appeal for Ontario will no longer be conducting in-person appeals until further notice. All appeals will be conducted remotely during this time.

Please also note that due to the exceptional and evolving circumstances concerning the COVID-19 pandemic it may be necessary to schedule some appeal hearings outside the four-to-six-month timeline set out in the Court of Appeal's 2017 Practice Directions.
