DislikedThe bathroom was leaking. I hurt myself and I never got any complementary nothing wasn’t even able to talk to anyone. No call back know anything went to the front desk to speak to them and that was it.

DislikedRoom service needs improvement. Was expecting food to be rolled in on a cart but received food in a box.

LikedThe very hard-working and extremely friendly and helpful staff were very good. Fortunately, the AC was defect for one or two days and we had some silence ;-)

DislikedIt was impossible to contact them in advance. We did not receive a reply either via Booking or by email. We had asked for 2 rooms on one floor, which was not the case on arrival. Luckily we had a very helpful receptionist who made it possible. The suite we originally booked with a sea view was supposed to be on the 5th floor. However, you don't have a sea view down there as the palm trees block the view. Fortunately, we were able to move to the 8th floor. One thing to criticize is the cleanliness: there was a thick layer of dust on the furniture which was not used often, e.g. on the alarm clock. The cleaning of the room was not good. Sand on the floor was only removed after a few days, the hair in the shower was only removed when the water stopped draining. The free water was sometimes replaced, but then again not. The drinking glasses were not cleaned even after several days. The cleaning times varied greatly. Often only around 6 o'clock when you came back from the day trips. Very annoying, so you had to do without cleaning. What was extremely annoying was the air conditioning for the house. A huge system on an extension that blasted the entire north side of the house. Sitting on the balcony in the evening and drinking a glass of wine in peace is practically impossible. But the view was also blocked by the extremely dirty glass panes of the balcony. These should be cleaned at least once a week. In general, the balcony was dirty and not in good condition. The room doors do not close well. The gap under the door is huge and you can hear the door slam in the hallway. In general, the hotel is very noisy. The walls are cheap drywall and the TV hanging from the neighboring room made us feel like we were sitting right in there. You get 2 free sunbeds per day and room on the beach, but you have to pay 50 USD for the sun umbrella! A cheek and a rip-off, especially as you also have to pay a resort fee of USD 47 per day.
