Marie Gäll besöker oss igen, hon är legitimerad Psykoterapeut och auktoriserad familjerådgivare. Hon kommer att berätta om Familjerådgivning och vilken hjälp man kan få genom dem.
Marie kommer även prata om påfrestningen på relationen när man får barn, hur det är att vara ny i Sverige och dessutom förälder, kanske utan anhörig familj i landet.

Vi pratar om hur man lättare kan hantera sådana situationer samt möjligheten att söka familjerådgivning eller annat stöd. Missa inte chansen att ställa dina frågor, få hjälpsamma tips och lär dig mer om hur familjerådgivning kan ge dig stöd.
