How to use this workbook:

1. Create a new tab for yourself (using the + button on the bottom left)

2. Rename the tab with your full name (double click on the tab to rename it)

3. Copy the template into the tab you made - hit control a (make sure the whole sheet is selected, you might have to click a twice)

4. Update it throughout your kombucha making!

Please note we have added a kombucha expansion pack you can add to the bottom of your scoby tab! If you didn't make a scoby but are making kombucha, feel free to make a tab for yourself
