Application of sanctions in the transportation sector

 

Following the war against Ukraine and the subsequent expansion of EU restrictive measures against Russia and Belarus, businesses are facing compliance challenges. While sanctions compliance generally applies to all businesses, road transportation market players also fall under the market-specific restrictive measures throughout the 10 sanctions packages.
