We are looking for a fully-licensed clinician to join our established practice!

Behavioral Healthcare Associates, behavioralhealthcareassociates.org, is looking for a fully licensed clinician who is in-network, or very close, with at least Tricare/Humana Military, BCBS and Medicare. Insurance credentialing and contracting assistance provided by BHA for the right candidate.

We hope for a clinician to join us who is confident, trained in evidence-based practice(s) and is able to apply ethical and sound clinical acumen to their work with clients! Ideally, the best fit clinician will be able to see a span of ages and presenting problems from young children and their families through older adults.

Our beautiful offices are situated near the Courthouse in Sanford, NC in a professional office complex, allowing for privacy for patients.  BHA needs a clinician who can begin PT and move to 2/3 or FT fairly quickly.

Some perks that set us aside from other practices: multi-disciplinary staff with FT psychiatrist (double boarded) in the office, the ‘go to’ practice in our community (Sanford, Lee County) with a minimum of 15 NP referrals per week, the opportunity to develop groups, workshops or whatever other interventions you are interested in!  We also have FT administrative staff who handle everything non-clinical for us—your responsibility is to see your clients, write your notes and head out!  

Our billing is second to none with a 98% collection rate and there are a couple of compensation strategies for you to choose from that are competitive and create a win/win for the clinician and the practice administration expense.
