During the week of Nov. 9, 2020, “Live with Kelly and Ryan” soared over the prior week by double digits in Households (+11% – 2.0 rating vs. 1.8 rating) and Total Viewers (+10% – 2.786 million vs. 2.538 million) to deliver new season highs. In fact, “Live with Kelly and Ryan” scored its most-watched week in 6 months and posted its highest-rated week in Households in 5 months—since the weeks of 5/4/20 and 6/1/20, respectively. In addition, “Live” held even with the prior week among Women 25-54 (0.9 rating) to tie a season best.

For the 3rd week in a row, “Live with Kelly and Ryan” was the No. 1 syndicated talk show among Women 25-54 (0.9 rating), beating “Dr. Phil” by 29% (0.7 rating). “Live with Kelly and Ryan” also ranked as the No. 1 syndicated talk show for the 3rd straight week in Households (2.0 rating), tying “Dr. Phil.” In fact, “Live” ranked or tied as the No. 1 syndicated talk show in 7 of the 10 weeks of the season to date in both Nielsen measures.

Wednesday’s telecast of “Live with Kelly and Ryan” on the Veteran’s Day holiday (on 11/11/20) was the show’s most-watched telecast (2.955 million) on any day since April—since Monday, 4/27/20.

“Live with Kelly and Ryan” held double-digit advantages over the 3rd hour of NBC’s “TODAY” across all key measures: Households (+18% – 2.0 rating vs. 1.7 rating), Total Viewers (+20% – 2.786 million vs. 2.326 million), Women 25-54 (+29% – 0.9 rating vs. 0.7 rating) and in the key news demo of Adults 25-54 (+17% – 0.7 rating vs. 0.6 rating).

In its 33rd season, “Live with Kelly and Ryan” is the season’s No. 1 daytime talk show—syndicated or network—among Women 25-54 (0.8 rating). In addition, “Live with Kelly and Ryan” outdraws “Dr. Phil” in Total Viewers (2.572 million vs. 2.563 million) to stand as the most-watched syndicated talk show of the season, marking the first time ever “Live” ranks No. 1 in Total Viewers.
