Having editorial skills and the ability to edit copy would be a much needed skill on our team where there is a current gap.

• Manage the end-to-end user experience for multiple concurring sales, services, and support projects.
• Review and provide feedback on copy, images, and wireframes to create the best user experience.
• Ensure that deliverables meet Digital Experience style guide and editorial, SEO, and accessibility guidelines, and adhere to the AT&T Brand voice and tone.
• Provide content writing expertise for copy-related issues.
• Coordinate with other Leads to keep copy, images, and wireframes for various projects in sync, from a Digital Experience guidelines and standards perspective.
• Work with Producers to resolve project-related issues.
• Assigns project tasks to teammates and provides oversight of deliverables.
• Create original relevant, meaningful, and contextual copy that follows industry best-in-class practices.
