It’s easy! Just order a sizing kit in the shape you want and it will be in the mail before you can say glossy top coat!

Due to the handmade nature of our products, and the time spent making them, we will not offer refunds unless it is due to an error made by the shop.

It is our assumption that any order placed is with the knowledge of the customers actual size, either by measuring, or by using a sizing kit. Returns for custom orders will not be accepted, due to the time consuming nature of those orders.

Exchanges for a duplicate of a standard sized set only (XS, S, M, L) are available for certain sets, but the customer must return the nails to the shop at their own expense.

Due to the nature of our items being handmade to order, we cannot offer refunds for items that have been made and lost in the mail. Just one item takes close to an hour to create. Once the order leaves our hands and is in USPS care, we are not liable for what happens next. If you are worried about your item getting lost we highly suggest you choose Priority Shipping options at checkout!

Yes, if it is within two weeks of your order placement. When you order I assume you understand and agree to processing times. Your impatience does not constitute an emergency.

If a customer orders the wrong size on a custom order, refunds are not available.
