Registration Instructions  報名須知:

1. Please submit one sign-up form per person. 每人提交一份報名表。
2. Select the session you will attend. (Each selection will generate a ticket QR code good only for the designated session).  選擇您將會參加的聚會埸次。（系統為每個選擇發出一個二維碼電子門票）。
3. For multiple sessions, press the "Add additional ticket" button to enter your name again and select a different session. 您將會參加多於一埸聚會的話，按下「Add additional ticket」按鈕，再次輸入您的姓名並選擇不同的聚會埸次。
4. Press "Proceed" after you finish adding the sessions needed. Then press "Confirm" to submit or "Back" to revise.  當您完成選擇參加之埸次後，按" Proceed "；然後按「Confirm」提交或「Back」以修改。
5. A confirmation with the ticket QR codes will be sent to the email provided. Be sure to look for this email from St Andrew's Church. Present this email at each session for check-in.   聖安德烈堂會向您發送載有二維碼電子門票的確認電郵，請您於每埸聚會出示二維碼電子門票以便入場。
