- Travel Details: Please write all information that might be useful to us like your travel plan, what flights you are getting, etc.
- Point of Collection: This is one of the set point where we will collect staff.
- Time at Point of Collection: Please put the most approximate time that you will be there (i.e. time your flight arrives). This is not the time of your collection. If you are making your own way, please put the time that you think you will arrive.
