Future Women Leaders Forum 2022

The Future Women Leaders Forum (FWLF) is the Young Women Leadership Connection's flagship event for fresh graduate and undergraduate women in Singapore in their penultimate and final years. The theme for FWLF 2022 is Courage to Create Your Future. FWLF 2022 hopes to empower you to create your future on your own terms with purpose, courage and growth.

As society heads into the new normal, many youths are feeling anxious about the fast-evolving job market. New roles are emerging with digitalization, workplace cultures are shifting with hybrid work environments, and more individuals are seeking purposeful careers that align with their personal values. Our FWLF is back in 2022 as a one-day event and we want to inspire our future women leaders to be courageous in carving the career they want.

The morning session kicks off with sessions on building self-awareness to discover our Ikigai as well as taking bold moves to define an individual's success. The afternoon session focuses on hard skills to develop a profile which stands out, and ends off with our Big Sister Sessions to provide participants with exposure to unconventional career paths and the diversity of job roles in today's market.

Building a successful career in our own terms takes patience, time, and most importantly, courage. We want to inspire you to draw inspiration and to find strength from within to create the future you seek.

*Please note that registrations are limited and only for female undergraduates in their penultimate, final year and fresh graduates (up to 2 years working experience). Further details will be emailed to approved registrants prior to the event.
