Good for business transactions.š My review was in 22 when they're doing perfectly good I gave them five stars then, I'll change it to 2 stars now,,but their system has changed now, I have initiated a transfer since two days ago,it was pending, I have message them on the application there's no response, I called the account manager,her number was switched off, I'll wait till tomorrow, I have been stranded and devastated since two days ago.

As a new customer and first time user I saw shege, transfers were pending and not even a trace of transfer on the dashbiard to prove to customers that you have actually initiated the transfer. Account balance not adding up. I'm highly disappointed!!! Back to where I dey come from mbok! The account cannot be used for business at all. Customers go jack you!

I've decided to update this review today 08/06/24 after attention to my matter, to a three star pending the completion of my transaction as my account officer attended to my issue. This comes after my earlier downward review of the services of this app. Thanks prospa team and I encourage you to do more to boost your clients confidence.
