First-Time Homebuyer Class Registration
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING REGISTRATION PROCEDURES.
ECHO's Homebuyer Education virtual trainings assist potential home buyers by providing classroom training on the homebuying process. This series of two workshops is available to tenants living or working in Livermore or Pleasanton.
These workshops will help you determine if you are ready for homeownership, how to select a lender, shop for a home, all about closing costs, and how to be a successful homeowner. You must attend both workshops to be eligible to receive a HUD certificate. This certificate is necessary to qualify for most affordable housing programs.
There is a limit on the number of households allowed to register, and only one registration form per household will be accepted. More than one form from the same household will be deleted.
You must complete the Registration Form, which can be accessed below. And, you must complete, sign (not print), and submit the following required Registration Documents to our secure site:
Once you have completed the Registration Form, and signed (not printed) your name and submitted the necessary Registration Documents, you will be provided with a Zoom link for the two classes.
Attendees are required to log into Zoom either through their computers or tablets. Attendees using the call-in feature will not be provided credit for attending the course.
If you fail to submit the required Registration Form and Documents by the deadline date and time, you will not be eligible to attend the class. If you have any questions, please contact us at
