  • Must have completed and passed FASEA exam
  • Previous experience in working as a Financial Planner
  • Performs role to a high standard and ensures that business success and objectives are at the forefront of all work
  • Willingness to embrace ambiguity and work in an everchanging environment
  • Superior analytical and conceptual skills demonstrated by the ability to distil and synthesize information in a clear and succinct manner
  • A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse range of people
  • An understanding of industry superannuation philosophy and functions demonstrated by the ability to discuss strengths and weaknesses of different funds
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance or another similar field
  • Post graduate qualifications advantageous
