SWEET BREAKFAST TOASTS

Ingredients
- sourdough bread
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chocolate spread
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon granulated white sugar
- mint leaves, for garnish
- 1 peaches
- 1/2 cup peach jam
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- lemon zest, for garnish
- honey, for garnish
Steps
- Slice the sourdough bread into 1/2-inch slices. Heat a frying pan and add butter. Once butter is melted, place the bread slices and toast both sides until gold and crispy.
- For the caramelized bananas, grab a cutting board a slice the banana 1/2-inch thick. Place light brown sugar in a non-stick frying pan and heat the sugar until it melts. Once it starts to bubble to a deep amber color, toss in the bananas and coat them in the caramel. Pour in the water and let it bubble for 1 minute until syrupy.
