This 1-hour pre-university session with University of Windsor Psychology Professor Dr. Ken Cramer will offer some valuable tools as well as inspiring words toward your long-term academic success.

Whether this is your first semester of university or you are just now returning to in-class learning, this session will review successful study techniques, stress reduction strategies, time management skills, and general avenues to success in higher education.

Dr. Cramer is a provincially and nationally recognized 3M Teaching Fellow, starting at the University of Windsor back in 1998. His expertise in both large and small psychology classes should provide that motivational incentive so you hit the ground running come September.
