We used this app 2 years ago to migrate our WP to Shopify. Everything went well and we were satisfied with the outcome. We then eventually needed the migration data to backtrack original information and they happily provided the requested files. They are very professional and the service they provide are outstanding. Kudos to Serge Zhukov!

I had a very disappointing experience with Cart2Cart.

The biggest issue is their customer support. Initially, they respond, but after some time the responses become extremely slow, and eventually they stop replying altogether. This made the migration process very frustrating.

Another major problem is that after the demo migration, the URL keys were not migrated correctly, which can seriously affect SEO and existing search rankings.

Even more concerning, the URL redirects did not work at all. I contacted their developers multiple times regarding this issue, but my concerns were completely ignored, and I never received a proper solution.
