Raspberry Charlotte Royale Cake

- 11 tablespoons white sugar, divided, divided
- 6 tablespoons milk, room temperature, room temperature
- 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, sifted, sifted
- 6 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
Filling
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- raspberries
Steps
- Preheat Oven to 350°F.
- Butter a 9x12-inch cake pan and line with parchment paper.
