New Foundations Charter School is hosting a Fall Festival on Sunday, October 23, 2022 from 2PM to 6PM, in our K-8 Parking Lot, located at 8001 Torresdale Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19136. Set up will begin at 12PM and break down is at 6PM.

Spaces are $25 each. Spaces limited and are first come, first served. Fee for the space must be paid in full by Friday, October 14. Spaces will not be held until the fee is paid in full. You are responsible for setting up and packing your own items. If you need electricity, please let us know in advance, as it is not guaranteed. Electrical outlet spaces will be an additional $5. Electrical spaces are limited and you will need to provide your own extension cords. Vendors should provide their own tables. However, we have limited tables available if needed.

Please read and sign to show you agree to the following:

- The event will be open to the public between 2PM-6PM. You can come in as early as 12PM to set up your space and take down by 6PM. HSA and volunteers will be there the whole time.
- HSA and NFCS are not responsible for any damages or injuries in the event that they may occur.
- All products must be displayed in a tasteful manner. Products with inappropriate language and pictures are prohibited.
- You must be set up and ready for the public by 2PM. You are responsible for set up and clean up of your own items.
- You must bring your own table, if you need one please let us know and will provide one for you. Tables are limited, so if you need one please let us know ahead of time. We have folding chairs if needed. You must supply your own table cloth.
- All spaces will be assigned by NFCS HSA. If you paid for a space with electricity, you will be assigned the appropriate space.
- All collected fees will be used to help student, staff and family events at New Foundations Charter School.
- Fees must be paid in advance via Square (link below) to reserve your space. All monies are due by Friday, October 15.
