The Delaware Division of Corporations will be holding its Employee Recognition event on Friday, and as a result, their staff hours will be shifted. This will affect Delaware orders in the following ways:
• Division staff will be unavailable between 11:00a-2:00p EDT. All 30-minute, 1-hour and 2-hour filings will not be processed between these hours and must be submitted prior to 10:00am EDT in order to be processed prior to the recognition event.
• 30-minute and 1-hour service must be submitted by 5:00p EDT and 2-hour service must be submitted by 4:00p EDT.
• Please note our Delaware reps will need your filings in-hand and prepared for submission at least 15 minutes prior to submission cutoff time.
