I didn't use it in the usual way one would use this product although it's not limited to one area it can be used for so many different things. I absolutely love that about this product!!! I decided to make some festive decorations & faux food props. They turned out beyond absolutely perfect!!!! I used the polycrylic to seal most if not all the items I made. I did add some shine to some because this sealant is a flat sealant with no shine. I absolutely love how you have the choice to keep it matte or flat with no sheen or shine but if you wanted to add some shine you absolutely have the ability to do so. This stuff dries quicker than you would expect I was shocked how quickly I did add pretty thick layers and it dried so quickly. Another reason why I absolutely love this multi use product. It won't slow you down because there is not much drying time at all. It's so convenient and easy to use. The size of this can is huge you will have product to use for so long. Even if you are using a nice amount on a project the product never seems to run low it doesn't even seem like I used any and I used a nice bit for sure. I loved how this made my dull dingy cabinets shine clean again. Time wears the finish. Years of clean clean clean oops. Dull and dust attracted. One light coat after cleaning well brings back the shine also stops the dull dingy from reappears, always comes back dried looking woods. I'm impressed it brought life back to my cabinets. I also used it on my cement statue recently repainted And it sealed the surface completely giving it a new shine look to a old statue. I'm getting more of the for my other things that need a pick me up.

The cabinets are the worst. Because the paint would get scratched. And warn away from the handle areas . Now I need not worry. It dries clear and . It will keep that from happening. The 1/2 pint semi gloss is $18 and the quart is $22. Well I'd added the 1/2 pint by mistake (why are the prices so odd?) thinking it was the quart saving money. Well was surprised when I got it. My main problem is that to return this item I learned upon requesting to return/exchange I have to wait 48 hours for the seller to respond cause it's not sold or shipped by Wal-Mart. But Wal-Mart is selling it, anyway this has really stressed me out I've dealt with returns online with Wal-Mart I usually just bring it in store with a barcode. I really don't recommend buying from this company for the reason it's a hassle and the pricing is confusing.
