I would hate to have to stock those shelves!
True, you'd have to squeeze everything through the gaps over and over again
Ooooh that would suck
Especially if the "dead end" is the entrance to the stock-room....

Weird, it makes me feel like i already saw this place before
same. i think thats because every second supermarket looks like this
Biedronka, that's the store name, have 'solutions' like that in many places. Where there is no pillar, there is pallet with extra products. They are slowly changing that, but still, moving stands to maximaze product range and making client to pass this narrow spaces... When you have trolley or went with little child it's sometimes impossible to go through.
Biedronka
Yup
Plot twist. It’s the entrance for isle 9 and 3 quarters
It's either a support columb in the middle of the supermarket or no supermarket at all. Your choice.
Let me predict what happened here.
Awaken My Masters!!!
Good thing they have those magical wheelchairs to maintain compliance
This makes me angry lol
Another beautiful case of "why doesn't anyone measure anything?"
They did - that is why the pillar isn't taking up about 8 feet of shelf-space (2 feet * 4 shelves)
Meijer in Scio township Michigan has this problem.
Stolen picture mirrored to hide its stoleness
The text on the bottles is correct though... I mean that took all of a double tap to check.
Wha?
Picture isn't mirrired. Check text on the big orange tags. From the 7th one (counting from the back) text is normal. The fridge just has a mirrored side.
