I needed a way to not have our automatic store credit emails go to spam, and Eddie patiently walked me through how to prevent this from happening. He was detailed, quick to get back to me and in the end, our problem is now solved! Thank you!!
The charges based on our platform sales is ridiculous. When there is no purchase of gift card was made, they charge us base on our sales even though our sales did not include the gift card. Did does not make any sense for us. not recommended to use

Aside from the app itself being top-notch, the responsiveness from Rise.ai has been remarkable! I’m usually able to connect with a team member within minutes to address any questions, and any issue I’ve had has been promptly resolved. Today, John went above and beyond to correct an error that had me stumped (some of it was user error), and now my site and the eGift card suite are working perfectly.
