Hendrik Engelking takes on new role

Overall control and strategic orientation of the trade fair portfolio Ligna, Interschutz, Parts2clean and Surface Technology Germany will in future lie in the hands of Hendrik Engelking.

With immediate effect, the portfolio is affiliated to the Deutsche Messe department Trade Fair & Product Management, as the company has repositioned itself."As part of this transition, the organisational structure will be divided into four business areas, including Trade Fair & Product Management and Sales", Deutsche Messe announced. Christian Pfeiffer, the previous head of Ligna und Woodworking Events worldwide, will in future be responsible for sales as division manager. This department has central responsibility for customer acquisition for the entire trade fair portfolio of the Hanover exhibition company.
