Beef tips and gravy is one of those recipes you can make lots of different ways. BUT, now that I’ve found this recipe, I won’t be making it any other way!!

This makes about 6 servings.

Notes for this recipe - We only used half of the meat the recipe calls for.

This is the best beef tips recipe I've ever tried! And it helps that it's quick and easy, too!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat,cut into small cubes

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 pkg mushrooms baby bellas, 1 carton, sliced in half

  • 2/3 cup beef broth

  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (the dub sauce)

  • 1 pkg gravy dry mix, 1.6 oz.

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
