We've been using Loox for about 5 years now, and it has been an essential part of our Shopify store. The app works smoothly, and whenever we run into any questions or technical issues, the support team always responds quickly and helps resolve things efficiently.
What really stands out is their customer support — it's consistently fast, professional, and reliable. Every time we've needed assistance, they've been able to jump in and help without hassle.
Overall, Loox has been a great experience for us, and we definitely plan to keep sticking with Loox as our review platform. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for a solid and well-supported review app.
Be careful with this app. It draws you in with the beginner plan, but once you reach the quota, a number of limitations appear that were never clearly explained when signing up.
Communication then becomes extremely poor, and I was given incorrect information on more than one occasion. Although they say you can continue using the beginner plan, you are required to complete multiple steps every time just to access the Loox app. Most of the time these steps aren’t even available, which means you can’t actually use the app.
I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE SEARCHING FOR A MORE RELIABLE LONG-TERM REVIEW SOLTUION
