T&Cs:

• The voucher is redeemable for a one-night stay in the respective suite category indicated on the voucher, based on single/double occupancy at Park Hyatt Bangkok.
• Extra person charge of THB 2,354 (exclusive of breakfast) applied for a third person.
• Breakfast is chargeable at THB 1,118 per adult and payable directly at the hotel.
• Breakfast for children between 6 and 12 years of age is chargeable at THB 559 per child and free of charge for children below 6 years old.  Maximum of two children per room.
• Dining credit included in the package can be used toward spending on food and beverage consumption at any hotel-operated restaurants at standard menu pricing excluding Le Petit Chef, take-away items and cannot be accumulated.
• Package inclusions are subject to availability and must coincide with guest’s stay at Park Hyatt Bangkok.
• Rates are inclusive of 17.7% tax and service charge.
• Valid for redemption and stay until 30 September 2021.

• Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• ทางโรงแรมสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนส่วนต่างสำหรับสิทธิพิเศษที่ไม่ได้ใช้ในแพ็กเกจ และจะไม่มีการจัดหาบริการหรือสินค้าอื่นมาทดแทนสิทธิพิเศษในแพ็กเกจ 
• ไม่สามารถสะสมแต้ม World of Hyatt® หรือใช้ร่วมกับสิทธิพิเศษตามลำดับขั้นสมาชิกได้
• บัตรกำนัลไม่สามารถถูกทำขึ้นมาใหม่ ทำสำเนา ซื้อขาย หรือแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นจำนวนเงิน และจะไม่มีการออกบัตรกำนัลให้ใหม่กรณีสูญหาย ชำรุดหรือหมดอายุ บัตรกำนัลที่ถูกทำสำเนาหรือทำขึ้นมาใหม่ถือเป็นโมฆะ 
• การเปลี่ยนกรรมสิทธิ์ การซื้อขาย หรือทำซ้ำโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากทางโรงแรมถือเป็นการทุจริต 
• กรณีเกิดข้อพิพาทในการใช้บัตรกำนัล การตัดสินของ พาร์ค ไฮแอท กรุงเทพฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
