Proof of vaccination

You will be required to present proof of vaccination with a photo ID or a negative COVID test result within 72 hours of the event.

Face Covering Policy

To maximize protection from COVID-19 and its variants and to prevent possibly spreading it to others, Medina Court No. 11 requires all Daughters, Nobles, and guests to wear face-covering while indoors or whenever not eating or drinking. You must continue to wear a face-covering whenever entering or exiting the venue or a  meeting room.

You must wear a KN95, N95, or KF95 mask or layer two face coverings during the entire event. The only time you are permitted not to have a face covering on is when you are eating or drinking a beverage.

The use of a face covering is not meant to substitute for other protective measures. You are to practice handwashing hygiene and observe other safety requirements. If there is a reason you cannot wear a face-covering, please contact a member of Medina Court No. 11.
