Fun & Frisky
Penny is up to her ears with projects and problems when she opens her doors to Lance and Kyle. I love the quick chemistry and how Kyle tries, and fails, to rein in his desires. And Lance? Well, he's all about making his intentions known. 😁🎉
I like that there's some deception and drama. I also like how they figure it out and work through it. It's a fun and frisky novella.

This story has a little of everything I love - a good investigative case, insta-attraction/love, and lots of fun bedroom scenes (with two guys!!). It's a fun read and I loved every single second of it. The only thing I feel let down on is that we never do find out who wronged Tony and where the ex disappeared to.

I think this is the first time i have read a story from Barbra that is about a threesome , Lance and Kyle are tech guys investigating a crime and book into a B&B that belongs to Penny their friends sister , it's a hot steamy read with instant chemistry between the 3 of them , constant flirting , one direct serious question for Penny , and a twist that has her going to her friends , highly recommend.

I thought this novella was steamy hot. Penny is a sweetheart and actually much bolder than I thought. Lance wears his heart on his sleeve and I love how open he is. Kyle is more reticent but also swoon-worthy. This throughly is sweet and fun together.

A nice history where the Characters help develope each other.
We have the female leader going through a divorce, trying to keep going with her life, beeng independent and starting a new business. The last thing she could think of is to find love with her new clients but oh she does and it was a change of luck, not only are they going to give her the love she deserves they also help her through the problems her ex left her with.

Wow this was an awesome menage story🥵 Penny changed her life after a bitter divorce and now opens a B&B. Her first guests are Kyle and Lance. These two know each other since childhood, and Penny is the first woman that tempts both of them.... So they share, cherish and love Penny together. Instalove, sweet, fun to read, with twists and turns , steamy hot 🥵, romantic and safe with a sweet HEA at the end 😍😍😍😍😍

This was a fun and interesting story that brings on the heat ;) The chemistry between the three of them was fab and the twists kept me hooked. All together it was a great read and I'm looking forward to what's next by this author :D

Penny is getting ready to open her new Sunshine Bed and Breakfast when her brother Zac asks her to let his two friends stay there because they could not get a room anywhere else. She agreed thinking this would be a great trial run. But when she meets Kyle and Lance she is thrown for a loop. The three have chemistry that is off the charts. Lance and Kyle are hot and sexy and immediately start flirting with Penny. As they get to know each other they find they have so much in common and are starting to fall in love but they all have secrets. Kyle and Lance are supposed to be travel writers but they don't do any traveling. And Penny's ex did a number on her and she is waiting to see if she might have jail time for a crime she didn't commit. They all have secrets and when those come out will they be able to keep their love going strong. This is a very well written M/F/M romance. There is suspense and intrigue and great steamy love scenes. Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.

This book focuses on Kyle, Lance, and Penny. Penny is trying to get her life back together after an unexpected divorce and subsequent legal problems after being accused of a crime that she didn’t commit thanks to her ex-husband. While trying to start over, she decides to run a bed and breakfast. At their friend's recommendation (Penny’s brother), Kyle and Lance decide to book rooms there due to it being close to their current work place. They are life long best friends who are in IT and have been hired to prove someone's guilt of theft, not realizing who they were actually hired to find guilty. When they meet Penny, everyone is surprised by the instant connection between them. It doesn’t take long for them all to establish a beautiful relationship. They do have an obstacle in the way of their happiness, but thankfully Kyle and Lance are both determined to keep their woman no matter what. I loved everything about this wonderful MFM story!

Penny is struggling with some things as she tries to get her B&B up and running. Friends of her brothers come and stay but they like to be private about what they are doing. Sparks fly between them whenever they are together. Kyle and Lance are tech guys and are currently involved in an investigation. However, their employer isn't happy with their results because they don't find evidence to the person he is trying to take to court. They have no clue who the woman is their boss is after until they meet when there's a possible plea agreement to be done. They are stunned when Penny walks in but not as shocked as she is to see them in there. Will this make Penny end things with them? Can they find a way to be together?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. This is a book for any book lover to enjoy.

Kyle and Lance were investigating a cyber crime and went to stay at a friends sisters B&B to be near their work. When they saw Penny they both had feelings for her. They were best friends and vowed never to let a woman come between them but their feelings were so strong they agreed to pursue her together. Penny wanted both Kyle and Lance which surprised her, having just divorced and being caught up in a legal issue she couldn’t believe what she was feeling. The story was hot and steamy with intrigue and suspense as well as amazing chemistry. There were lies, secrets and misunderstandings to work through and overcome as well as proving Penny’s innocence. The story was well written and engaging from beginning to end. The epilogues and HEA were fantastic.

Soon the chemistry takes over and hearts are involved. When lies are revealed more then jobs are on the line. A story with lots of heat. Penny, Kyle and Lance connect on many levels but secrecy causes problems for all of them. The lies they tell are meant to spare the another but ending up being the downfall. A fun story about a recent divorcee and her first bed and breakfast guests. The hot and techy Lance and Kyle come to stay at Penny’s bed and breakfast and discover so much more than a one week stay. Instantly drawn to her and wanting her constantly makes it hard to get any work done. There are some super steamy ménage scenes, especially the food play scene. I also loved the use of aprons in one steamy scene. The characters are really great too. They may have their secrets but it’s for good reasons and all will be revealed before the end. I loved Lance and Kyle and how devoted they were to taking care of Penny and making her feel loved. I really enjoyed this ménage romance and recommended reading it.

This book is a good excuse for lots of sex. But even the sexy parts are not as moving as we might want. Penny makes lies of omission about her real name, but there is no reason for her to tell the two guys until they meet unexpectedly in the lawyer's office. They don't really have a reason to tell her what they are really doing until then, either. The most disappointing part of this threesome is that the men are not bi. Easy and fast to read, not terribly complicated--I felt sorry for her and happy for them to be together, but there was nothing deeply felt.

I received an ARC from the author and am voluntarily leaving my review. Penny has not had things easy lately, mostly thanks to her ex. Kyle and Lance come along to stay at her B&B with a fake story, never expecting to meet someone like Penny. She has a surprising attraction to both men and they are willing to share. Their story has plenty of secrets, humor, high heat and a range of emotions between the three. I liked the way the story played out. It isn't a very long one but I thought it was a good menage romance.

Barbra Campbell painted a suspenseful yet, beautiful story with Kyle, Lance and Penny. From the first page, I was grabbed by the suspenseful storyline. The twists and turns that kept me on my toes. Though unconventional, the three were absolutely perfect together as they navigated unfamiliar warers. The love they shared is what most people hope to find with another, only they found it with more. This was a unique story showing that true love has no boundaries and kept me captivated until the very end! Must read!

This was a great book. Penny, Kyle and Lance were fantastic together. I really enjoyed the connection and chemistry between these three. These three can't help the pull that they feel towards each other but when secrets are uncovered and the truth of everyone is revealed, these three have to work together to get an HEA. I enjoyed this book, and I would recommend it and Ms. Barbra as a wonderful author.

Fascinating read with a whole lot of misunderstandings from both sides. A bit amused how none of them where exactly truthful with the other, of course extenuating circumstances, but still rather funny when you look at it. I was pleasantly surprised how easily they all blended so well together, which made their relationship very easily to be accustomed and not shocking. Enjoyed how this all worked out in the end, but sill questions on who was really responsible for the whole debacle.

This was great! I loved the lead up to them getting together. The chemistry was off the charts. Everything was so well written. How their lives coincided was believable. I loved the whole bed and breakfast thing. The epilogues were great too. I would've loved to have heard what happened to her ex. Also the final gathering of evidence was have been a hilarious chapter. I think some boys would be very jealous. Lol.
