No previous experience is required.
In terms of materials, you will just need something to draw with. The teacher uses a tablet with Procreate, but you are welcome to use a computer, any other drawing software, or even a sketchbook and pencils.

Magdalina Dianova is a self-taught freelance character designer based in Sofia, Bulgaria. From the moment she began drawing regularly, she posted her work, largely portraits, online for feedback. Initially this helped her improve and later became the way she attracted work. Clients regularly contacted her for commissions and she collaborated with various publishers. Later, she worked as an assistant character designer at an animation studio.
Since then Magdalina has continued to work in the animation industry as well as making her own online tutorials about drawing and character design. She has worked for clients including DreamWorks TV, Spin Master, and 3dtotal, and on projects such as the character design book Heroines, and the short film Goodbye Mr.Octopus, which was presented at the Venice Film Festival.

Amei, o estilo de desenho da Magdalina é algo que me encanta muito, adoro a estilização de roupas dos personagens dela, poder acompanhar o seu processo de criação para entender melhor como é feito foi inspirador. Recomendo o curso para quem já sabe um pouco de técnica de desenho, mas quem não sabe também vai poder aprender e aproveitar muito desse curso

Plutôt déçu. Pas de cours théorique sur le character design, ni sur les proportions (dessin), ni sur les expressions du visage, ni sur les poses du corps en relation avec la personnalité. Il s'agit principalement d'une revue de ses propres créations avec une justification de ses choix (sur le style de trait, les couleurs etc.). Des conseils pour les artistes... Mais pas pour les débutants. Le titre du cours et le descriptif sont inappropriés.
