Our East of England digital event was an opportunity to reflect on and discuss the social and environmental aspects of transitioning to a long-term virtual way of working post-pandemic. In the session, we looked at employee wellbeing and rights, in addition to challenges of workplace environmental measurement and management with increased remote working.

The webinar will feature two presentations. The first was from Nick Bloomfield, DXC Technology & East of England IEMA Regional committee member, on his practical workplace experience of transforming to a “digital first” approach. Nick reflected on the people and environmental management challenges he has experienced. Secondly, we were joined by Shona Newmark, Partner at Jones Chase Employment Lawyers, who reflected on the social implications of transitioning to a new virtual way of working post-pandemic.
