ESSER III Community Survey
On March 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act was signed into law. The US Department of Education is providing an additional $121.9 billion for the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund (ESSER III Fund). This legislation awarded these grants to state educational agencies (SEAs) for the purpose of providing local educational agencies (LEAs) with emergency relief funds to address the impact that COVID-19 has had, and continues to have, on elementary and secondary schools across the nation.

The attached survey is intended to gather feedback from FUESD Stakeholders regarding the ESSER III  funds.  The Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is asking for your guidance on how to best use the restricted ESSER III allocation for potential projects to aid in improving the health, safety and learning of students and staff. FUESD will use the input from this survey to create the ESSER III Expenditure Plan. The ESSER III Expenditure plan will provide the details of the  District's allocation and the intended use of the entitlement.
