Kevin Locke provides update after quarantine hell

Part of Dr Marwan Koukash’s revolution at the Salford Red Devils, Kevin Locke became the biggest signing of that era.

Granted, he lit up the Super League in his first few games, but found himself at Wakefield barely a year later, scrapping for survival as Locke left for rugby union at the end of the 2015 season.

It was a sour career turn for a livewire fullback that had made his debut for the Kiwis in 2011 before featuring in the World Cup Final defeat to Australia two years later.

However, to his credit, he kept trying and eventually found himself playing in the Queensland Cup, still regularly turning out for the Souths Logan Magpies.

Now, though, he has taken to Instagram to document his recent troubles with the lockdown Down Under and being kept away from his wife for what he described as the longest period of time in their relationship.
