The app used to be good but now it's pointless, we you cannot update the latest reading, and all the customer care numbers are there for no reason as nobody answers them. And when answeree, they say Halo once and cut the line. I have arranged for several call backs but still no call back. Very bad service. At the end, I will have to visit the office in Salmiya which is even more frustrating.

Very helpful and appreciate the move towards electronic based ministries, but this application is too basic, unable to obtain the full breakdown of my bill. can't choose the amount to pay I can only pay the full amount. Tried using the camera to update my meter charges and it was way off, useless function, worked better on the older app.

The app not update or didnt send bill notification on time and once it comes it has automatic baladiya charge. I need to go the nearest branch just to get mesg and bill notification. Its very inconvenient. The app sometimes not available to view and when its available your bill per day is same or copied. So last day is big all other days were same big kph.
