This past Wednesday, I had a great time at Crowdfund Capital Advisors’ (CCA) Inaugural Investment Crowdfunding Meetup, hosted by Republic. Woodie once again hit us with the stats & facts!; such a wealth of knowledge!     What I appreciated most was the data driven reinforcement CCA offered in support of my personal belief in #EquityCrowdfunding.       I believe the #JobsAct has created an economic equalizer for ‘everyday’, undervalued #entrepreneurs, as well as novice and non-accredited undervalued investors, giving us all the ability to participate in the capital markets in a meaningful way.  As a society, comprised mostly of “the 99%”, we must make the best use of this tool and opportunity.  With it, we can further alter the narrative around the ‘haves and have nots’, ‘who gets to go’, and who can establish and grow transferable wealth.        As the speakers from CCA, Next Big Thing HQ, INX and Republic illustrated, NOW is truly the time to take advantage of #RegulationCrowdfunding and all it has to offer!      Thank you Sherwood (Woodie) Neiss for answering my questions with such care and comprehension, and big shout to Yvan De Munck, Abhi Shah, Vlad U. and Connor Fata for a compelling discussion.     Ty Yalu Lin for roll’n with, and thanks again, CCA, for the invite. #AngelsPlus #PAI #Startup #InvestmentCrowdfunding #investing #crowdfunding #startups #investments #securitytokens #capitalraising #entrepreneurship
