Bought a thermopot on 29th, and I was told warranty is now done online thru this app. Tried to register new product, and proceed to wait. Next all I see is lots of notifications creating new warranty, some stating processing and some non eligible. I resubmitted again, but all I am getting is this spams at the notifications. Currently not sure if my product is registered, but the notifications make it seems like this app is being hacked by someone. CONCLUSION, ONE LOUSY APP!

After register the warranty, my purchases doesnt appear on the list. Register the purchases 3 times but still say processing. Its been more than 7 days. How would i know the warranty is on? *Update : All my warranty is valid after a few weeks. You can update the system and put the notes about the processing timing so people wont be crazy bout it.

The most rubbish app I've ever used. The first time I'm writing a review on Playstore just because it's so useless and not user-friendly at all. Making me DON'T WANNA BUY ANY OF THE BRAND LISTED IN THIS APP. Have to fill in your details again and again. Can even find your warranty items after submitting your request. What's the point for having this app? If you don't really want to provide warranty then don't, really annoying
